Crank Shaft Washing Machine
The Crank shafts washing machine is designed for cleaning of crankshaft, cam shafts greater load capacities
The Crank shafts will be placed in the loading station & after Cycle Start” button is pressed, the part moves inside the wash chamber & door closes automatically. During operation the component will be fixed & all around the components nozzles will be sprayed by means of High pressure pump to cover the entire component surface.
After washing process has been completed next Air blowing takes place for certain time period one by one & component retracts to the Unloading station.
