Input Shafts Washing Machine
The Input Shafts Washing Machine is meticulously designed to offer efficient and rapid cleaning suitable for parts with straightforward geometries. This adaptable system accommodates both batches of small parts loaded onto baskets and individual larger parts secured on fixtures.
The machine configuration adopts the Rotary Table Spray Washers approach. Components are positioned onto a rotary basket, which is set in motion by a motor and gearbox assembly operating at a controlled slow speed. During rotation, a solution comprising water infused with alkaline is propelled from the tank using a High Pressure pump. This solution is directed through inline filters and multiple spray nozzles strategically located above, below, and around the rotary table within the top-loading spray washer. This arrangement ensures a comprehensive and thorough cleaning process, delivering superior results.
Subsequent to the cleaning phase, the solution from the wash chamber of the Rotary Table Washer drains back into the tank via a basket filter. To ensure optimal performance, a spray pressure indicator equipped with a Glycerine-filled pressure gauge monitors the line pressure. Additionally, the control panel is furnished with indicators for low water levels and a digital temperature indicator cum controller, facilitating ease of operation and precise monitoring of the washing process.
