Pinion Housing Washing Machine
The Pinion Housing Washing Machine is a specialized solution designed to offer efficient and rapid cleaning for components with straightforward geometries. This versatile machine is adaptable to both small parts loaded onto baskets and larger individual parts secured on fixtures.
Utilizing the Rotary Table Spray Washers approach, components are loaded onto a rotary basket, which is set in motion by a motor and gearbox arrangement operating at a controlled slow speed. As the basket rotates, a solution consisting of water infused with alkaline is propelled from the tank via a High Pressure pump. This solution is directed through inline filters and an array of strategically positioned spray nozzles located above, below, and around the rotary table within the top-loading spray washer. This configuration ensures comprehensive coverage and thorough cleaning, resulting in superior cleaning outcomes.
Upon completion of the washing phase, the solution in the wash chamber of the Rotary Table Washer is drained back into the tank through a basket filter. To ensure optimal performance, a spray pressure indicator equipped with a Glycerine-filled pressure gauge is provided to monitor line pressure. Moreover, the control panel features indicators for low water levels and a digital temperature indicator cum controller, enhancing operational ease and precise control over the washing process.
